Sometimes a message is blocked as spam when you really wanted it in your inbox. This is called a false positive.
Step 1 - Retreive the ASSP Block Report
To move a message from your spambox to your inbox the easiest way is via the email interface. To begin, open a new email and type
asspblock@yourdomain.com where you replace yourdomain.com with your own email domain name. ei: If your domain name is
bobsflowers.com you type
asspblock@bobsflowers.com and send away a blank email.
You do not need to specify a subject line or type anything into the email body.
Step 2 - Check Your inbox
You should receive an email to your inbox immediately, with a list of spam that has been blocked from the past 8 days.
Step 3 - Resend the Email
In the email that lists all the spam messages which are blocked, click Resend on the line of the message you want to release from your spambox to your inbox. A new email will pop up in your email client, with some resulting code already prefilled in it. Click Send, and the server will automatically release the blocked message to your inbox within the next 5 minutes.
